I have Been nannying part time for a family for 2 years. I have Grown with their family and shared the joys with them when they had a new baby. Today like usual i was Watching the kids and like usual MB was running late. MB texts to let me know she is on her way home and asked if the kids are asleep. I explain That one is having a bad day and I’ve tried to put the child to sleep twice with no luck.... she texts back (but didn’t mean to text this to me) “she is so weird, she just bitches to me me about my kids” do i continue To work for them? Is it time for me to quit?
So. I did it.
I finally threw my hands in the air and gave my letter of resignation to one of my part-time families.
Started working for a new family, and have been happily employed for the past 4 months, until recently...
The MB has begun showing signs of extreme micro-management, and checking on me (and her husband) constantly, about the baby. Provided, she works away from home 2 days a week, and isn't there. So, I understand her need to be informed, and I use an app which I update every hour of everything that is done in their home. (not including housework) And, now she's begun to question my work ethic.
Mom boss keeps stalking charges friends on the internet and wont stop micromanaging.
