Burnt Out and Want to Start My Own Childcare Business

I've been working as a nanny for years and I feel like my time is coming to an end. My current family is super nice, but they have been getting comfortable with me taking on extra duties. Within my first six months working I got a raise and I even received a bonus for potty training the oldest. It has almost been a year and a half since working for them and I haven't received another raise, no bonus for potty training child #2, and I am doing chores that belong to the family.

Need advice!!

So, I've been with the same family for 3+ years. I'm insanely close with my boss. She's like an older sister to me. She's a stay at home mom but everything goes insanely well! Well. They moved an hour north about a year ago so I commute and sleep there. I work 10+ hour days all the time working 3-4 days a week. So I get in about 35+ hours a week in a few days so I'm exhausted. 7am I'm up making breakfast, making the kids lunches and starting laundry once they get changed for school. Anyway. Yesterday I worked 15 hours with no break which is fine.

Stressed out nanny

Hey fellow nannies. I just joined and I have some questions wondering if I'm getting taken advantage of or not. I've been with the same family for 3 years and I feel like more of a maid than a nanny. There's 3 kids and I do absolutely everything. I'll do the food shopping if my boss's don't feel like running out or going after their workout. ALL the laundry, including both bosses, 3 kids, and some of the grandmas stuff. I pull the sheets when the cleaning lady comes. She takes the kids out of the house for me to clean up THEIR mess in the kitchen. They leave everything for me to do.
