Behavior advice

The current family I'm with I have known for 3 years and I taught their oldest, 6 year old girl, for 2 years. They have 6G and 4G. The 4 year old has some pretty intense undiagnosed behavior issues. M and D are kinda tip toe-ing around getting an evaluation. Both preschool and myself have given them resources both written and in the community they can look into. Currently I am watching 6G and 4G 5 days a week. M works from home Monday and Friday. I am having a few issues and I could use some advice. 4G can be violent during her fits. Throwing, hitting and kicking. Making verbal threats.

Hitting Toddler

I nanny for a little girl who is 20 months. She started hitting about two months ago. When she gets mad about a choice that I make for her or when I take something away she will smack me. She has also been doing this with her parents and her brother. We have been putting her in a one minute time out and talking to her about how hitting isn't okay, but it seems to be ineffective. Does anyone have any other suggestions for us?

3 year old loves to say"I hate you " to me in front of mom

Hi everyone! I have worked for the same family since the 3 year old was about 5 months old. His mother has the mindset of " raising a mindful child ". His 5 year old sister has CF and gets extra attention often from her parents and doctors. She also has temper problems however my issue right now is with her brother. I am working full time this summer, which means I regularly work 10-11 hours shifts 5 days a week. For the last few weeks, when I come over, he says he hates me. Right in front of his mom and yesterday he said it and then hit me in the stomach.

Toddler Problems

Hey Nannies,
So, the two year old I nanny is non-verbal (no developmental delays, she just refuses to speak and only learns words if she wants to - she uses maybe ten words total and doesn't even say them fully). Her parents give into her all the time and call her the baby. She has a 4 year old sister and 7 year old brother, so not a single child.
